I qualified as an RMN in 1992. I have worked in mental health for almost thirty years  both in adult in patient and child and adolescent inpatient settings. Since 1999 I have worked as a CPN in CAMHS in Worcestershire. I have a Bsc in Mental Health. I completed a masters in Systemic Psychotherapy in 2007 at Leeds university and have worked as a systemic family therapist in Worcestershire CAMHS since then .

I have also had experience of working in adult eating disorders and older adults for the Black Country Trust. I have completed many hours of training most recently in attachment narrative family therapy and couple counselling with Relate.

I am a member of the UKCP and registered with the NMC.

Tracey Patricia Wright

Tracey is a qualified Systemic Family Therapist, who has worked in both adult and child psychiatry for over thirty years.

Tracey originally qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in 1990 and has a long career in Child and Adolescent Mental Health both in in -patient care and the community. Tracey has worked for CAMHS since 1999 both as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and a Family Therapist since 2007.

Tracey is a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Midwifery Council and is also a registered Systemic Family Therapist with the UCCP.(UK Council for Psychotherapy. She is also a member of The Association of Family Therapy, adhering to all ethical guidelines associated with her professional bodies.

Tracey is an experienced practitioner and supervisor and has also delivered training to a variety professionals. She has extensive experience of work in Child and Adolescent Mental health which also includes working closely with parental mental health. Tracey receives regular supervision to ensure her practice and clinical development remain up to date. She continues to attend training sessions on a regular basis. She has completed a variety of training over the years which have included Attachment Narrative Family Therapy training, family based treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Relational Couple counselling with Relate to give but a few examples. Her passion is working with families who are experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties which may impact on how families function. As a Family Therapist, working alongside he colleague Debbie Hoad she endeavours to create a confidential space for families to talk about the difficulties they may be experiencing and to help the bring about sustainable change.
